Fusion Restaurant (Decapolis Radisson, Panama City) – this upscale restaurant, best-known for its sushi night, offers a mix of continental, Asian and Latin American cuisines. Funny enough, it’s best-remembered for the towering Easter Island statues that make up part of its décor.
