Gaucho’s (Calle Uruguay y Calle 48, Panama City) – this Argentine restaurant is a reasonably-prices local steakhouse that’s just as well-regarded for its beef sweetbreads as it is for the Filet Mignon and other steak dishes that it serves. Seafood is also served here.
